Volunteer Opportunities

It's time to step up your participation in our 50+ Reunion Gala weekend.

This is a fun way to reconnect with your classmates, enhance your Reunion experience, and provide a meaningful contribution.

Please sign up for all tasks that suit your skill sets, and you'd enjoy doing.

We really need volunteers for the jobs that currently don't have a leader listed, but feel free to join any item that already has volunteers.

The more the merrier!

1)   For the Friday 9/24 WJ School Tour (3-5pm) the Event Leader is Louis Pope. If you'd like to assist him, please enter your name below.

 
2)   For the Post-WJ Tour Happy Hour/Dinner (5-7pm) the Event Leaders are Tom Holt & Jon Nehmer. If you'd like to assist them, please enter your name below.

 
3)   Saturday 9/25 Mid-Day Events: The Great Falls walk/picnic Event Leader is Steve York. If you'd like to assist Steve please indicate below. We need an Event Leader for a tour of Glenstone Museum. If you'd like to lead, please enter your name below.

 
4)   For the Reunion Gala (6-11pm), the Name Tags will be created by Jack Marshall and distributed when people check-in. If you'd like to assist Jack with the Name Tags, or assist with the Check-In table (15 minute shifts), please enter your name below.

 
5)   There will be a slide show at the Gala with images from our high school years. It is being created by Bruce Steely & Linda Haan. If you'd like to assist them, or have pictures you'd like to add to the show, please enter your name below.

 
6)   Memorabilia Gathering for the Gala is led by Steve York. Decorations Planning & Purchasing is being handled by Linda Haan, Catherine Duff, Julie Modlin, & Pam Brancaccio. The Saturday on-site Gala set up is being handled by Linda Haan, Shelley Gallagher, Julie Modlin, & Pam Brancaccio. If you'd like to assist in any of the above tasks, please enter your name below & specify which job(s).

 
7)   The "In Memory Of" display at the Gala is being led by Julie Modlin. If you'd like to assist Julie, or have material for the display, please enter your name below.

 
8)   If you'd like to help create a table of memorabilia for NBJH, KJH, or St. Jane deChantal, please enter your name below and specify which one(s).

 
9)   We need to create a Welcome Packet Email to send out in advance of the Reunion weekend. This will contain: Schedule of events, Map of area, Pike & Rose map, and Saturday excursions info. If you'd like to help with this, please enter your name below.
